London Socials 2007 Next year we are planning TWO London socials, both to be held at the Punch and Judy in Covent Garden, our venue for the past 5 years. Click here for details of the pub and for a map: Punch and Judy The Punch and Judy does have access for disabled people. Please message me if you wish to make use of this, so that we can arrange to have you met at the lift in advance and save you from waiting around. The dates will be: Saturday 28th April Saturday 25th August Both socials will begin at 11.30 a.m., and will conmtinue until around 6.00 p.m., at which time we will aim to arrange an evening meal for those who wish to stay on. Many people are a little nervous of attending a social, as was I the first time! But please be assured that you will be made to feel very welcome. You will be greeted on arrival, and introduced to another chessworld member for your first game of chess.
