regarding chess world & kingscrusher
this is for Dan Quigley, the opponent of the rated game I am trying to finish at chessworld.net
Dan, my next move on our rated game with you as the gracious welcomer is (or was to have been) 19 Bd2.
Unfortunately, I seem to have been locked out of the site by kingscrusher.
Here's why.
when the chessworld server went down, and I lost a game based on time, I complained, asking if there were not a fairer way of doing this.
I only asked the question in response to kingcrusher's solicitation to upgrade to a paying account.
He didn't like that I capitalized half the of words of my chess agony.
Here is his response:
You have a message from
ChessWorld.net
kingscrusher has replied to your forum posting
" Please grow up How rude and obnoxious of you to use capital letters. Are you an ignorant egotistical child? You come across as one.
Find some other site.
Get lost." --kingscrusher
HI there, Am I alone in not being able to access the LetsPlayChess site. I get the message "server not responding" when I try to link to it. I have also tried to access the site via Google and other routes but without success -very frustrating. Do you have any information? Many thanks, Mick (macart)
I too have not been able to reach them for at least 36 hours. Perhaps they dropped off the face of the earth. It would be nice if they would leave a message of what is happening. By the same token it might have been a nuclear attack and perhaps there are no survivors. Such a petty as it was a nice sight.
are you gay?
